I’m taking a break from the kitchen and Portugal for the moment. This would be my first and probably only international travel in 2021 so why not make it a meaningful one and head to Dubai for Expo 2020! Expo 2020 has been in my bucket list for a long while and I'm glad to say I finally get to experience it. Over 190 countries are participating in this year's Expo and it's almost impossible to cover all pavilions in one vlog. Hey everyone, I'm Sophian. Originally from Singapore, I am currently based in Lisbon, Portugal. Over the years, I have lived in several cities and countries included Bali, Bangkok, Dubai, Sydney, Scotland, and San Francisco.

I enjoy being the creative arena in the arts as well as my life-long love affair with food. I enjoy foods from various cultures as much as enjoy cooking. Living overseas allows me to appreciate my heritage and culture and I reconnect through cooking.
