The Felber Tauern (also Windisch-Matreier Tauern) is 2465 m above sea level. A high mountain pass in the Hohe Tauern. At the top of the pass stands the Tauern Cross, consecrated in 1952, in front of which a mountain mass is celebrated on the last Sunday in August.
