So here's a review of Galway Christmas market from an Austrian perspective.

As an Austrian, Christmas markets are a big deal. They're famous enough to draw in tourists, they're a lot of elements that make them into something people travel there for so it's not something you can easily recreate, for example Dublin castle tried and it was quite disappointing.
