With landscape photography international travel restrictions in place at the moment, this collaboration may be the solution to the problem. Using Google Earth Christian Irmler, a landscape photographer located in Austria and myself chose landscape photography locations for each other to photograph. I chose a location in Austria and he chose a location for me here in Australia. I would love to personally photograph the Austrian Alps one day, but due to current international travel restrictions, for the immediate future anyway, I believe this is the next best thing. Asking a fellow landscape photographer to take a photo for me.
