The charming town of Tivat is located on the shore of one of the largest bays in the Adriatic Sea.
This place has consistently belonged to Rome, Byzantium, Serbia, Venice, Ottomans, Austria and finally Montenegro.
Tivat is the newest town located in the Bay of Kotor. Although it does not impress with its age, Tivat has become an extremely popular destination among tourists, thanks to its incredible conditions.
The most luxurious yachts can be seen in the port of Tivat, and the hotels, resorts and residences in the area live up to expectations. The city is considered the center of naval tourism in the southern Adriatic Sea.
The port is surrounded by fortifications built during the time of the Republic of Venice, the Venetian influence being easy to see in the architecture of the city.

Orașul fermecător Tivat este situat pe malul unuia dintre cele mai mari golfuri din Marea Adriatică.
Acest loc a aparținut în mod constant Romei, Bizanțului, Serbiei, Veneției, otomanilor, Austriei și, în final, Muntenegrului.
Tivat este cel mai nou oraș aflat în golful Kotor. Deși nu impresionează prin vechime, Tivat a devenit o destinație extraordinar de popular în rândul turiștilor, datorită condițiilor incredibile.
