Salzburg, Hallstatt and surrounding areas in the Salzkammergut region of Austria. The Salzkammergut is shared by the provinces of Upper Austria, Salzburg and Styriaone. It contains numerous lakes, small villages, deep valleys, alpine meadows and the jagged peaks of the Dachstein Mountains.

Hallstatt is about 90kms south of Salzburg and is an ideal base from which to explore this wonderful region.

This video was shot over 10 days in early September 2016 using a Canon 5D Mk II, mostly with the Canon 24-105mm IS lens. I used the VisionTech picture style.
