Courtney and Jay finish their trip across Austria, Northern Italy, and Switzerland with a stop in the breathtaking Lake Como. Rick Steves kills it yet again with the recommendation to stay in Varenna, a beautiful, quiet town on the lake filled with amazing food and friendly people.

Jay will not shut up about his desire to find George Clooney and prove that if George only knew him, is convinced the two would be fast friends.

The feel for this stop is very different from Kuchl and Venice as Lake Como moves much slower. Relaxation is king. The perfect way to end a fantastic Northern Italy vacation during the strange times of COVID (September of 2020).
