In a major victory for the boycott of the Beverly Hills Hotel, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York has agreed to move an event that was scheduled to be held on April 6th at the BHH to a new location!

On April 24th, I sent an open letter that was published in OUT Magazine to the Director of the Met, Thomas P. Campbell, asking them to cancel the Beverly Hills Hotel event due to it's owner, the Sultan of Brunei, instituting anti-gay sharia law in his country. Within hours I received a call from one of the top people at the Met letting me know that they had indeed decided to move the event.
