Next Generation Tourism: the shortage of workforce is not a new topic in tourism. The reasons are well known: irregular services, shift work, bad pay and lack of appreciation. The pandemic has further enforced this downward trend. What can be done to counteract this development and how can the tourism job market be boosted again?
